  • 初めての訪問。諏訪湖周辺はうなぎ屋さんが多く、とりあえず一軒一軒何年か越しに行ってみたいと思います 松倉さん、運良く席が空いていてすんなり入れましたただ、注文が入ってから調理を始めるみたいで、配膳までに時間がかかったようです。お店が混んでいたのも、時間がかかった理由かもしれませんが。どれも美味しくいただきましたごちそう様でした

  • 地酒の真澄を買いに諏訪まで出向いた。 せっかくなら諏訪でうなぎをたべようとこちらの松倉さんへ訪れた。 諏訪湖畔にある抜群のローケーションにあるこじんまりとした店舗は老舗の趣もあり期待も高まります。 鰻3切、4000円の鰻重を注文、 入り口に積んである備長炭で焼きあげるのでしょう、しばらくお茶を飲みながら待つことになります。 タレの味は少し濃いめの甘め、鰻の脂にも負けない味です。 蒸しはしっかりされており、これは好みの仕上がり。身と皮が簡単に離れるくらい柔らかな仕上がりです。 意地汚い食べ方なのですが、身と皮をバラして、身はご飯と混ぜそれを皮で巻いて食べるという某小説家に伺った食べ方が最も簡単にできる程柔らかな鰻をいただくことができます。 諏訪湖に行ったらぜひ召し上がっていただきたい鰻重です。
